Solution
The End-User License Agreement that you agreed to when installing the software states:
"The EULA permits use of the Software Product during unlimited period free of charge. The Software Product may be used as many times as you like, for as long as you like on the one activated computer which is identified by the disk drive serial number. Licensee understand that software may not work and another license key may need to be repurchased if there is any alteration of the Software and/or user-intervention in modification of computer hardware which may cause the disk drive serial number to be altered and not match the original serial number that was stored on the licensor's licensing server. Licensor is not responsible nor liable for any alteration of the software and/or user-intervention in modification of computer hardware that prevents full operation of software."
Therefore, we are not responsible for reissuing license keys once they have been activated. The software has been extensively operated on a myriad of systems and configurations. We recommend that you install and activate the software on a stable system. In the event of a virus, format or faulty hardware, we are not responsible for the functioning of the program after the recovery of your system. Our licensing server may no longer be able to identify your computer if you do any significant alterations to your system.
Crack Exam Preparation Software accomodates students with the reissuing of license keys, as we do understand there are issues that our clients may face with their computers and we will go the extra mile for our clients. The following Crack Exam Preparation Software Policy pertains to the following situations: If you have bought a new computer to replace your computer, or, if you had to take user-intervention/ make troubleshooting changes to your system for one reason or another (virus, formated your hard drive, installed Windows 7, computer crashed, etc.).
If your license key no longer works since you have encountered one of the situations mentioned above, you may submit a "License Key Reissue Request" by writing to us at
admin@crackdat.com
with the following requirements:
** PLEASE NOTE:
-Every request is analyzed by the Manager of the Crack Exam Preparation Department. Therefore, submitting a "License Key Reissue Request" does not
guarantee that the request will be fulfilled. Every requirement pertaining to your situation must be complied with and will be verified.
-Every client is allotted ONE "License Key Reissue Request" for each individual Crack Exam program.
Please send ALL of the following to
admin@crackdat.com
:
a) A receipt of the new computer, a receipt of Windows 7 or, a written letter/invoice from the computer technician that troubleshooted your computer along with their contact information for verification purposes
b) Make sure the receipt/invoice/letter is dated within the past 3 weeks and includes Your Name on the receipt/invoice/letter
c) A copy of the Testing Ticket for the Dental Admission Exam emailed as one of the following: an Email Attachment of the ADA copy, or, a Forwarded copy of the ADA Email confirmation
d) You can either choose to upgrade your software OR pay the "support" fee of 20% of the total software's retail value. Our Level II network administrator will then reissue you license keys. Again, this support fee allows us to continue providing all the great benefits of being a client: such as receiving routine developments and enhancements and updates to the program for free.
